Activities/Calendar

The area below displays details on all upcoming activities and ski trips. If a flyer has been published for a given event/trip, the event name will appear in the table as a hypertext link (which when clicked upon will download the flyer).

The location of event/activity will appear as a hyperlink that will open GoogleMaps (when possible) displaying the location the location on a map, of each activity.

Some events will appear with an "RSVP" and "See who is coming Button". These function like Facebook's events, in that you can say you're coming and people can see who is coming. You can RSVP for more than one person, in a single RSVP. Make sure to provide your email address when RSVP'g so the person running the event can touch base with you. There is no "Maybe" (unlike Facebook). Only indicate you are going if you are going to make it - Many events involve purchasing of food, etc. Provide a "code/password" which you can recall later, if you should want to cancel... If you want to see who is coming Click on the adjacent "See who is Coming" button.

For each event whose date/time has been established (not TBD), one should find a little calendar icon. . Clicking on this icon will result in the downloading of a calendar entry which can be imported directly into your calendaring program if your calendar program supports "ical" format.
